Why is this team SOOOO LOUSY??

I don't understand really why this team stinks so......I think I have good insight into who to pick for Memorial....I got hitters who walk a lot and don't get injured and Howard (playing 1B) to bring them (with help from Menke and Williams)....Also got Strike out pitchers to counteract defense (have a defensive replacement for Howard too)
I even tried taking out Harper and replaced with a L/R platoon of Davis/Miller (I move Williams to LF or RF depending which of these is playing) but this didn't help the offense either over 15 games either
