The goals of this league are to get some rarely used players in the league and to make the autodraft less critical. The only difference from a normal league is that there is one required preseason trade.

Here are the rules:
1) sign up and vote for either 60 mil or 80 mil cap
2) after 12 teams have signed up, enter league and autodraft occurs as normal
3) After the autodraft and before waivers occur, each team "offers" one trade to a division rival
4) The trade order is based on the waiver order where each division team with the higher waiver pick "offers" a trade to division rival with the next highest pick. See example below.
5) The trade offer cannot be refused. That is, it must be accepted.
6) The trade can be from 0 to 3 players. The trade must be acceptable to HAL (that is, within salary limits, catcher and pitcher limits, etc.)
7) play the season normally - except that, for the entire season, you must keep the players that you accepted in the trade (rule 5) on your roster.
