How do I join league TSN_9821?

I've just built and ranked my 1st team. There are only 3 leagues forming now. One of them is TSN_9821. I don't see a "Join League" link or any way to add my team to this league. Is this a private league? How can I join it?

TSN 9821 is a public league. Once you have picked 25 players for your autodraft card and ranked them in order of preference and picked a stadium.....you then click on JOIN PRIVATE LEAGUE. A list of all available leagues will then show. Click on TSN 9821 and your in.
This is a no-DH league so be sure that you haven't selected a player to play DH for you. If so go back and drop him and you will have more money to spend on other players.
