For owners from the just completed 25mil league, several expressed an interest in trying this again and someone suggested a $40M cap, which keeps it fresh.

Proposed format:

1. $40MM salary cap - add/drop penalties apply (set-up as $200M league - must maintain $160M in cash)
2. No DH (though if the majority wanted DH we could do that)
3. Draft via somdraft.com - 20 rounds (19 players and a stadium)
4. Autodraft/waivers for remaining roster spots
5. Randomized draft order via third party on ATG thread

Any other ideas?
