i have 1 credit that came as compensation for the July outage. i am able to redeem it for all strat games except 1969. i want to play 1969...

is anyone able to help or had experience with this?

Go through the help screen and FAQ's - and find the "contact us" link at the top right. You can send them a message and ask that your credit be transferred to the '69 game. They are very good about this, at least by my experience.
