I'm not an expert by any means, but by looking at your team, I'd say you don't have enough defensive players. That coupled with a lack of pitching depth is what is bringing your team down. I don't know if you plan to make some trades or what, but if you would make some trades, try to boaster your middle infielders (SS and 2B) and get a quality middle reliever. Good luck!

Schumpert should be traded; he's the highest-salaried player on your team and he's only 6th on the team in at-bats. Big drain on money for limited usage, IMO.

He's a quality player that you should be able to package in adeal to get some pitching. Starters are just average and the middle relief is poor.
