I've been out of circulation for a while, so I'm hoping to encourage some wily vets, some old friends, and some of the new talent around here to join a 1999 league. :)

whats the budget whats the drop penalty

du u get one set team? im a little confused (i generally am)

Good questions!

> It's an $80 million cap league.
> Drop penalty is progressive (5/10/20).

You must pick a stadium, but you may select any of the players from the league you're in. Since we are playing with unique parks, you select a stadium that is not already being used by somebody else. Stadium must be from the league you want play in - in other words, if you want to build a National League team, you must select an NL ballpark.

Wow, that is a name from the past. It's weird to see a 3-star rating next to a legendary online strato player. Count me in with Coors Field. If I'm going to lose...I may as well lose while piling up some stats. It may take awhile to fill this league as everyone has football on their mind.
