a) Will be set at $200M cap with $100M budget allowed

b) DH or No DH - by vote of participating managers with tie going to NO DH.

c) Set up as a Frenzy. Unused players available.

d) Stadium from 1 of the Franchises picked

3. Since frenzy, can you or can't you include non-franchise players on your draft card?

4. Is there a minimum req of franchise players used (20 perhaps) and a max of FA you can use (5 perhaps)?
