Is there a penalty for holding runners in the 69 league?

The gbA+ doesn't come into play in Super Advanced very often. Only when the infield is all the way in right? Otherwise the normal fielding downgrade penalty should be in place for the appropriate "holding" fielders.
Good point though. I didn't even notice that.
