UNDER $ 2 MILLION PITCHING VALUES

Any nominations for consistent under 2 mil pitchers? My favorite seems to be Catfish Hunter. Comiskey Park (12-14) 258 IP 3.45 ERA; Cleveland Stadium (11-10) 203 IP 4.49 ERA; Comiskey Park (12-15) 244 IP 4.35 ERA. He has a good WHIP and seems to outperform other higher priced starters. I haven't seen nearly as good numbers from others such as Steve Blass and Luis Tiant. Relievers include Chuck Hertenstein, Bruce Del Canton, Sparky Lyle, & Bill Wilson. J Law

Mike Torrez in a HR park sometimes doesn't stink.

I've noticed a lot of the cheaper guys who look okay such as Reberger or Grzenda, have a "20" WP rating, or close to it.

It's not a huge deal perhaps if these guys are set up to pitch middle innings, but it could kill you if HAL has to use them late in a 1-run game.
