opinions on Corrales
Posted: Sun May 21, 2006 11:28 amLooks like a decent card, but seems like he's the least-used $3+ mill catcher in 1969, maybe because of lack of hrs. Anybody have any experience with him?

Posted: Thu Jun 15, 2006 4:59 pmI wish I could've gotten close to those numbers. I tried him for 40 games, then dumped him after he fell flat on his face: .169 ba, 1 hr, 8 rbi, .240 obp, .228 slg. Only 136 abs though.
On the bright side, I picked up Mitterwald and he's been a pleasant surprise, .255 ba and some pop, plus his defense is as good as Corrales.
