if the draft is 26 rounds no supplemental ud have to allow player drops... for example, i picked a player that i dont plan to use, but that i dont want anyone else using against me... the early threads of this league say there would be players drafted that would be essentially protected by only the manager who drafted him...

All drafted players are owned by the owner who drafted them - even if they are not on the roster (unless traded of course). So - even if there is no supplemental draft - if you drop down to 24 players from 25, the player you drop will not be considered an FA.
