Rules:
$100 Million League, no DH, 5-10-15, Auto Draft w/waivers
You must draft Billy Hamilton.
You must draft and start one and only one man (not counting Hamilton) with more than 125 walks.
You must draft and start one and only one man (not counting Hamilton) with 75 or more steals.
Your starting RF and C must have 0 or positive arms.
No stadium restrictions
For all men with multiple cards, you must draft and use one that meets the walk and steal minimums.
No division setup – Enter at will.

Oh, and by the way, if you are the lucky manager to get Mr. Hamilton in the Auto Draft, you get the first pick in the waivers (a pre-waiver pick).

I presume we are all required to draft Hamilton at the TOP of our list..and we're on the HONOR system with this esteemed group.

You are on the honor system for drafting Hamilton, but you may put him anywhere you wish on your draft list.

That means the top if you want him and the bonus pick that goes along. Or at the bottom if you have no interest. Anywhere else would be a waste of that draft slot.
