This is the sign-up for the second round of the Super Franchise League. We will run a random order 12 round draft for franchises, with the "Super" franchise groupings shown below:

League will be WITH DH, $115M cap at any given time, but will be set-up as a $200M league in TSN to enable use of your franchise as a "farm" system and negate the effects of add/drop penalties. (i.e. the sum of your current roster needs to be at $115M at any given gametime, though with add drop penalties your available funds may show as less than $115MM).

Draft order will be run by third party randomized set on ATG thread, which I will request when we have a full league and the first league is complete.

I noticed that the main franchises don't have the expanded versions to them. Is this by design or just an oversight?
