We can start the team draft. We'll do 10 FA rounds to round out our teams. Since we are doing 10 FA rounds I'll set up that portion of the draft on Penn's site. If possible I will set up 3 separate drafts, 1 for each division.

1. SteveAmes - '27 Yankees Hitters
2. mforfun - '39 Yankees Hitters
3. frannyzoo
4. Hack Wilson
5. Red Beards
6. ggringo
7. Adrian
8. Dave Hall
9. Munich Man
10. Treyomo
11. Aceventura
12. Rube

10. Treyomo (tough draw for a number under 500)

My lottery luck hasn't been so good in ATGIII. I joined the random team/random park league of Puckin's on the ATG boards, where you are randomly assigned 5 teams. My teams:

85 Blue Jays
84 Padres
77 Phillies
34 Indians
59 Cubs

And my assigned park - Polo Grounds. Try to assemble a Polo starting staff out of that motley crew. Looks like my first ever 100 loss team.

Question - so if 4 guys take 1921-1939 teams early, does that mean no one else can draft teams from that era? So, for example, Red Beards takes a 1921-1939 team, all the 1921-1939 teams are now off limits for the rest of the drafters because 4 managers already fall in that era?

Either way, can I make a late recommendation to reverse the starting order for FA agent picks? The early guys get first choice on the teams and first choice on the high interest FAs. Does it stack the deck too high for (for example) the first team in the 1940-1959 era to get the 1953 Dodgers and first crack at Banks? Or does the 80M cap eliminate that advantage, in your opinion?
