What happens if you are picking at the end of Round 3 in Season III or Season IV, and the only available team(s) is one you already used? IMHO, if that is the case, then Rule 9(a) should be suspended b/c the other owners had a shot at the team you already used in either Season I or II, and decided to pass this team over. Since the re-use wasn't intentional, it shouldn't be held against you. Any other opinions?

Although I don't have a solution to the issue that FAaron posted, I thought about that as well. Suspended the rule for that contingency only makes sense.

You are not exactly picking that team anyway. It is just given to you as the last remaining team. Therefore I think we are ok. If that happens you just use that team again. It wouldn't be your fault for taking them as they just landed in your lap as your only available option.

There are two ways around that. Firstly we can, as has been said, let it go since it was a pick forced upon the owner picking 2nd to last in Round III.

The other way to do it is to say that no owner can pick a team that would force another owner to pick a team they'd already previously used. In other words, the person who drafted 3rd to last in Rd 3, when faced with the option of say '78 & '86 Yankees, couldn't take the '78 Yankees if the owner after him had already used the '86 Yankees in a previous season.
