Guys, as I said on the other thread, I won't be checking in there again. So if you want to have discussions about the league set that involve the commish they should be held right here.

Does Oldman even know we're drafting (he should as I PM'd him yesterday). He must not be on the boards much.

I know we're not rushing this, but it's not a good sign when someone doesn't show up for their first pick. Do we want to consider a replacement at some point?

Just looked back on his posts and he never did get around to choosing a pick three state.
Does that mean anything to anyone?

He may think that we may not start the draft until the game is out and everyone knows the price structure... :)

Yeah, somethings definitely wrong when someone signs up for a league and then never checks back. :shock: He must have got the wrong idea.

I was gonna suggest a PM, but it looks like that's already been done. Why don't we give him through the weekend. If no sign of him by Monday, then I'll start looking for a replacement.

Sound OK with everyone?

I agree with rutkap. Start looking for a sub now but give him until the end of Monday.

would you put the new guy(if we need one) in oldman,s spot or bump him to # 12 :?: there are some interesting players whom we don,t have any idea on what years they,ll have.it,s a blast doing the research on these guys though. :) anyway, guess i,ll check back monday,

Hey gang,

I have put out a call for a replacement on the 80s forum. Maybe some of you can send out mail in one or more of your current leagues. Oldman has until 5pm to show up. I think we have waited long enough.
