Boys, I am encountering technical difficulties with somdraft. I have sent an email to Majordeegan. I am unable to enter our coaches names to the draft list. I am asking for advice from two veterans, Doc X and Joe. I hope we can figure this situation out before Saturday evening.[b:95b9a58e70][/b:95b9a58e70]

I think I figured out the problem and have been able to build a mock draft. They did change the way we add teams. No one or no prompts led me to this concept. We are back on track.

I just went on and tried to set some proxies but it won't show any player ID's. Is that because the draft hasn't been started yet? I imagine so, but I wanted to put it out there just in case. I don't remember having this problem before.

Can I ask a favor of managers who make manual picks?

After making a manual pick, please wait around for 5 minutes refreshing the draft... to see if proxies fire all the way to your next manual pick? Proxies fire at even 5 minute intervals, so after a manual pick there is anywhere from less than a minute (min) to 5 minute (max) wait before proxy firing.

Case in point...

A manager made their manual pick at 11:01PM... 6 proxies fired at 11:05PM, putting the draft right back to the same manual-picking manager. In this case, waiting around for less than 4 minutes to make another manual pick could have kept the draft moving... instead I've been waiting over 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES (updated at 1242AM) to see if I could make my pick before I go to bed (my pick is the NEXT ONE after the manual selection we're waiting on).

I'm not trying to single out one manager... so apologies to the "case in point" manager (un-named here!)... I am just trying to make a general appeal to those who manual pick... especially those close to the corners where proxies more frequently put picks right back to the same manager.

Guys, Bill makes a good point stick around for five or ten minutes to see if the draft engine fires and your pick comes up again, or at least put in a proxy or two.[/b:7c6a5fce45]
