3 - Yes. All picks made on the site are viewable to all owners drafting. Furthermore you will only be able to select players that have yet to be drafted. So if Warrior drafts Manny Ramirez, and even if you forget that he did, you won't be able to draft him because he will be removed from the available players draft list.
