Are you dropping those prospects you listed? They can sit in the minors and not be counted against your roster until next year. Brown is in the same boat if you don't want to promote him.

Montero would need to be promoted to your active roster or he will be lost.

By my quick calculation you should drop eleven from your active roster, 12 if you're promoting both Montero and Brown. Beckham and Sizemore would not count as a part of those 11 or 12.
