On the basis that the above trade is confirmed (which I expect Kaviksdad to confirm soon - he already confirmed it by trade offer in our league)...
...on that basis, the Jets will need to drop a player from their minor league roster. This note will advise that Craig Counsell, infielder, is being released outright from the minor league roster,effective immediately after Kaviksdad confirms the trade as posted above.
At the same time, Gomes (lf) is being assigned to the minor leagues, and Travis Snider (acqired by trade from Kaviksdad) is being promoted to the major leagues Jets team.
