I'm in for the 12 seasons... don't like the rotating cap idea, would prfer a cap at 100M or 120M... I would love to see the NEL players being used.. the other rules I'm easy with...

Seems like the consensus is to do a set $120M salary cap, DH of course..

2cityfan is commissioner....I am already doing enough commisshing in other leagues.....

100m will make us leave too many good cookies in the jar. 120m will hurt the more talented teams, but should even things up for the ave-nots

I like Andy's salary cap observation. Sounds like things are taking shape. Looks like we'll keep most of our manager ensemble.

How would they be used Kevin? The only way I could see them used would be as a stand-alone grouping. Just interspersing them among the 12 groupings 2city has laid out wouldnt work in my opinion, and it wouldnt be a true franchise league

New Card team associations..

Guys I do not know if you noticed, but when you go to the team drop down menu some of the new ATGv6 cards have beeen categorized on a separate team. For example, Dean Chance (1964) is listed as belonging to the CAL Post grouping. He is the only one. For our purposes in this league the new cards will be categorized as follows:

Dean Chance 1964 (with CAL EXP) - AL West EXP grouping
Eddie Stanky1950 (SF Post) - group him with NYG POST - Big Apple team
Juan Marichal 1966 (SF Post) - group with SF EXP - NL West EXP

Also we are probably not going to use the NEL Players for this league so, the Indians can use the Satchell Paige card - 1948 CLE Post, but not his NEL card.

No problems, I just wanted to throw the NEL players out there to see if they could be used in any way... I don't have any ideas on how to use these cards in our league either...
