Hi Andy,

Even with the assigned players in this league, there will be many players eligible ofr more than 1 team. I assume we will use the waivers process to allocate players in this league.. correct?

YEs. I tried to inventory players and decide what cards were needed to make each grouping viable. The players not assigned would be up for grabs in the draft

should I repeat the order or just respond. Today (NOV 15) I have survived to 57 yrs old........5%chance 3 yrs ago, some know the saga.....thanks for all your support

How do the Independents conduct their draft? Are the 11 other managers going to post their picks and then the Independents manager puts together his autodraft from the leftovers?

Never played with you before and don't know what happened, but if its what it sounds like, then you've been very fortunate indeed. Happy birthday.

the Grab Bag manager should try to draft players he doesnt think will be drafted. If after the Auto-Draft, the Grab Bag manager has a player that the rightful manager wants, Grab Bag has to trade that player. Once the 11 other managers have had a chance to tweak their rosters, their rosters are FROZEN and the Grab Bag manager has free reign.

After the Grab Bag manager is through, any managers may grab any player that has a card for a franchise in their grouping.
Players not assigned are first come, first served.
Any player on FA list during season is eligible to be picked up by Grab Bag manager. Other 11 managers can only pick up a player who has at least one card for a franchise in his Conference Grouping.
For example, if the SEC does not protect Greg Maddux in the draft or susbsequent roster tweaking post-draft, the Grab Bag manager could grab him during his roster formation period. If Grab Bag manager doesn’t pick Maddux up either, then MAC could grab Maddux because of his Cubs card.
