[/quote:5fc8d47793] The only reason I do it by manager is because it's the only clue you have as to what the other managers are up to. It's a random entry and secret stadium pick. I just thought it makes it more interesting to have some idea so you can better put together a team capable of combating all the teams in a more balanced way instead of having to worry about the occasional extreme team and park. I'm always open to change though if most would rather have it by position.
