[quote:94c6fa2c72="Cubit"]Very interesting ed1447! My top man on my just built proxy list was Buchholtz. I had my list OFF, but when I added Thome to the bottom of my list, bang... he went on the drafted player list.

It may still take me a little time to get the hang of this. Now I understand what Blackjack was warning me of!

Great Pick that you made though![/quote:94c6fa2c72]

it was your turn when you selected thome for "proxy". so in actuality you manually picked thome.

[quote:a08c24c616="calbatross"]It is strange that mbertolli would be skipped... that shouldn't happen, should it? In between two proxy picks?[/quote:a08c24c616]

It would only happen if he dropped someone and then someone approved it?

NO ONE APPROVES DROPS BUT ME PLEASE.

[b:5e15131cbb]It does terrible things to proxy lists. Anyone if you had Utley, proxied, you will need to re-do your proxy. [/b:5e15131cbb]

derfs can pick at anytime, btw,

[quote:29f8a7bb11="The Turtle"]is there a reason mbertolli doesn't have a pick now? And Cubit, did you want Thome? With all the confusion, you've had, I would let you change the pick.[/quote:29f8a7bb11]

Thank you very much for this kind consideration, but since my next pick after Buchholz was to be Bourn and he's just disppeared, I'll just swallow my gall and sit back and enjoy the rest of the draft.

I just hope it stops raining soon and does not flood Paterson out again tomorrow!

I approved the drop because, when I did it, it was the last pick on the board. I was building a proxy list at the time, it popped up on my window, I went to the summary page, and bingo. I figured it was harmless under those circumstances.

No biggie, then. But it does eliminate him from anyone's proxy lists if they had him on it. Any drops need to be announced on the board, if they are approved so people can see who was dropped and add them back to their list.

Send some of the rain down to Central Texas! It is so dry the whole place is on fire. My wife's boss and one of her co-workers both lost their houses in the wildfires that have swept the area.

Prospects?

Postby ed1447 » Wed Sep 07, 2011 6:14 am

I'd consider trading one or both of my prospect picks - # 8 and # 39(?). Let me know if interested either here or in pm.
