Hey, I didn't expect to be out, things just got on top of me, and there are some things that are more important than strat (not many but some). If I knew that I was not going to have time I would have told you, and even considered it earlier, but with all the difficulties trying to fill the league I thought that it would not be fair if I dropped out. Once again I am sorry, but I don't need you to make me feel worse about it.

Pirhala-not trying to make you feel worse and not saying that strat is that important, just that a simple one line "hey guys, I'm really busy, can you either wait a few days or find a replacement" would have been nice. We would have waited if we knew you were still available, but when you communicate nothing it makes it difficult to know what to do.

Stratdraft site will be ready for drafting in a couple of hours. I increased everyone's salary cap by 5000 on the stratdraft site, otherwise it would not let you draft anyone if over. SOMO cap will still be $100M.

Im not happy about this, not cool since i signed up first on this thread. I dont appreciate the spot being pulled out from under me. If this is the final decision on this, i can't be a part of season 3.

Blackjack - I have no problem with the way you handled any of this. A disappearing drafter is never easy to deal with.

Dupaca - regardless of where the post was done, someone beat you to the league (even if by 5 minutes). What do you expect blackjack to do?

Pirhala - I really don't see what you have to be upset about. We waited for you in round 1, you showed up and picked and said why you were late (which we all respected) and said that you would be paying attention to the boards more now that you knew the draft started. Then we waited, and waited, and waited again in round 2. Like blackjack said, a simple/quick post would have solved everything. We didn't know what happened so we had to move on. No hard feelings, we know strat is more important than real life issues, but you have to see where we are coming from too.

I will have the stratdraft site ready in a half hour or so. I need some opinions for time limits- none, long (5-8hrs), or shorter such as 2 or 3. For the 3rd I will leave it at no clock, hopefully everyone left will either be quick or communicate if they need to slow it down. Proxy's can be used on the stratdraft site and can also be pm'd to me and/or other owners. I would need to enter them in the stratdraft site but they would have them and could announce them here in case of an issue.

Hopefully all the drama is over. I stand by what I did and said, if I could see the future I would have handled it a bit differently but I did what I thought was right with the info I had. (This sounds way too serious for a baseball game that's supposed to be fun, anyway...) If you don't like me or the way I handle things to the extent that you do not enjoy this then by all means don't participate. Please just communicate to everyone if you can not participate or need more time due to real life stuff. Enough of that stuff, let's play ball.
