I think, once upon a time, we were SUPPOSED to have a clock. I believe it was a 4 hour one. But, I don't think it's been really enforced/monitored all that much. As far as I can tell, this draft is pretty much a "get to it when you can/feel like it" draft. I predicted a couple of weeks ago a late Feburary start for this league, and my prediction looks better every day. :P
