In doing this (ie; [i:4396c56bbc][b:4396c56bbc]The Ten Commandments[/b:4396c56bbc][/i:4396c56bbc]):
[b:4396c56bbc]1.[/b:4396c56bbc] [b:4396c56bbc]Teams will be comprised of 40 man rosters. [/b:4396c56bbc] The 40 man size must be maintained at all times.
[b:4396c56bbc]2.[/b:4396c56bbc] We will play [b:4396c56bbc]two seasons for each carded year[/b:4396c56bbc].
[b:4396c56bbc]3.[/b:4396c56bbc] Your playing team [b:4396c56bbc]must maintain a 25 man roster [/b:4396c56bbc]at all times. [b:4396c56bbc]You make as many moves up and down off that 25 man roster that you can afford[/b:4396c56bbc] in a given year, [b:4396c56bbc]provided that you always maintain the 25 man roster size.[/b:4396c56bbc]
[b:4396c56bbc]4.[/b:4396c56bbc] [b:4396c56bbc]After Game 132[/b:4396c56bbc], (to make this the same point in time as the other Keeper League so that there is no confusion. It also imitates a true month of roster expansion), [b:4396c56bbc]you may add up to 3 additional players [/b:4396c56bbc]to your playing team for the end of that season's play.
[b:4396c56bbc]5.[/b:4396c56bbc] Between Season One and Season Two of a carded year there will be a [b:4396c56bbc]3 Round Supplemental Draft [/b:4396c56bbc]in which any available player left over from the Free Agent Draft at the start of the year is eligible to be now taken. Before enetering the Supplemental Draft, a team must drop as many players that it wishes to redraft (up to 3) prior to the start of the Supplemental Draft, and these players are eligible then to be drafted as well.
[b:4396c56bbc]6.[/b:4396c56bbc] After our first season of play in a given year, [b:4396c56bbc]the Divisions will be realigned for the following season (AND the ORDER OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFT) based on the Win/Loss pct. of the prior season[/b:4396c56bbc]. Any ties will be broken by; 1. Head to Head results and if need be; 2. Greatest positive RS-RA differential. The league will be formed such that the EAST will be teams 1-4, the CENTRAL 5-8 and the WEST 9-12.

So what is the deal? I will admit to not having read every single message on the several threads to this league. Did I miss a rule change? Have we officially decided that roster changes during the season are legal? I have operated under the assumption that we are not from the original thread. If we have made a change I would like to know because it would improve my team greatly.
I will make this proposal. Once we have made all final decisions on rules why dont we make a list of rules for this league. It would be very helpful... I would even assist in writing them

Revised number 3 to reflect that. Hoenstly FD, i thought we had agreed to that before we began play LAST season. I know that I made moves later in my pathetic year refelcting that and I thought others did as well.
In any case, they have certainly been made this season (as I said they could be at the start of the year) and [b:b842c87634]please do so yourself now too[/b:b842c87634].
To me, those other 15 players represent our Farm System and why it is important to have depth.
