Whew, was this one a lot of work.

I'd like to see more of them myself - sometimes the "fits" need a little manipulating with the additon of extra owners.

Technically a trade and flip, more than a 3-way, although I was authorized to include the prospect pick I got from Watts and send it along to whichever of my 4 targets for the ace SP decided to deal with me.
It was a bear to pull off though and I didn't think I'd be able to do it, once watts told me his requirements to land Reyes and Kazmir. Fortunately I had at least 1 item KD wanted (Gamel) and was able to sell him on the merits of the 5th pick and Lackey potentialy being equal or even greater than Santanna. I was hoping I could pull it off using one of the lower first rounders at my disposal, but that didn't happen.
So between that, and information I have regarding possibilities for the 4 draft picks before mine at #5, I decided moving the 5 wasn't the end of the world, especially because options 1, 2 & 3 I had for the pick all look like they will be taken between picks 1-4. :cry:
Besides I've been chasing Reyes and Kazmir in this league almost since the initial draft, so when I saw the opening, I had to do whatever it took to land them.

It was a lot of fun to do though, and now I find myself having withdrawl, because there's no reason for me to be checking my PM's every 15 minutes, waiting for responses to my offers and counter offers.

and Kaz gives me the quality LHSP I've felt I needed. Now I'm just sitting back waiting for the draft. :D
