Since Steve never got to make a rule or select the salary cap, I thought we should try to work him into the rotation. He'll do the rule for season 14 and the cap for season 15. Buster, this only affects you, you'll do the rule for season 15 instead of season 14, I hope that's ok. I've changed the schedule of rule makers and cap setters on the 1st page of this thread to reflect this.

Thanks Buster.

I just noticed that Gene Baker is carded to the A's, but according to baseballreference.com, he only played for the Cubs and the Pirates. Does anyone know a way to check which is correct? (I tend to believe BBR.com). Should we say that Gene Baker is not available to the A's?
