I confirm the above deal, glad we could reach an agreement Smitty.

I paid a steep price but I think some my lack of success in recent TSN leagues has been due to dependency on too many platoons, and this move reduces my platoons from 5 to 3 (C, 1B, LF/3B). It also gives me 3 nice bats off the bench who don't start at all - A Cabrera vs LH, Hinske vs RH, and Nady vs reverse RH.

With that said, I would love to collect some 2nd or 3rd round FA picks to replace the ones I lost. Here are guys that may interest you in that price range:

Jack Cust
Mike Pelfrey
Steve Pearce (killer #s vs LH & young)
Ryan Freel (great vs LH in pitcher park, nice UT bat)

Saw my first Top 100 prospects list for the upcoming season, won't say who's or where but will give you the following breakdown:

7 of the top 10 are already drafted including 4 of the top 5,
11 of the top 25,
17 of the top 50,
21 of the top 75, and
24 of the top 100.

I don't show Klx22 with a first round prospect pick in the spring draft - my records have that pick already going to Cshannajr in the Capps/Lilly for Blanton deal.

You are incorrect, that deal included a SUMMER prospect pick.

But it sure would be easier if we just used Rounds 1 through 4 when designating the prospect draft, rather than Spring or Summer.
