When we get to round 12, we will run a Cliff Lee randomizer.
Based upon how we entered the league.

So, if you are #1 from the randomizer, he can be yours.

Can I then take Kuroda as my replacement for Lee? That would be a two round penalty on my pick as punishment.

Kuroda is fine.

Lee cannot be picked as we will run a randomizer to see who can acquire him.
