with the players listed that have not signed on, it would be a huge help if you would give them a nudge in League Mail. There is nobody on the list that has not been sent a private message here in their box.

I am actually surprised that I haven't heard back from: TRich, Daniel, Tycobb, Cubs48, Jamesgang, Jaser or Ineluki - all 05' LOTO TOUR players - Which is more than half of the remaining list.

It's ok if they decline, i would just like to hear from them, so I can find replacements. So any help is appreciated at this point.

I will send a message to GR Unwashed or page him. JD may sign on next week after receiving a credit from a playoffs that begins thisweek. Chuck seems to think AFD will join. Tom is contacting Ehlekev...I sent messages to Bobby(League mail), Mav and Glenn.

So it is basically a waiting game. That is pretty much all i can do for now.

Have to go to work and later spend time with my wif as it is her birthday today - 6-6-06 - Yep, she's the antichrist. :twisted:

Woohoo!! This is the greatest day of my life since my wedding day. My name has been moved off the "Reserves" and on to the main list!!!! I'm a starter now. That's more than I can say when I was playing baseball. I used to spend so much time in the dugout, when it was finally my turn to play in a blowout game, the sun hurt my eyes when I hit the field. I hope my 15-76 (.197) High School batting career :shock: doesn't make you guys want to re-bench me.

If you're still looking for names, I've got two suggestions, one I've played with a few times (Genevajack), who is a good player, very active and a good sport, and another (GThomas), who I never played against but his 05 winning % was pretty darned good. I've always been curious as to his style of play and would welcome the opportunity to see him in action.

I concur on GenevaJack. Great guy. Would like to see him join. I don't know GThomas but I heard he can play a pretty good centerfield and hit a lot of homers but can't seem to hit for average and strikes out a lot. But then again, that was the early 80s. Perhaps Gorman is an on-line strato wacko like the rest of us!!!

BTW, is it OK for me to ping a few of the other players not on the list to see if they would want to join. I know a few great guys who I just may talk into joining this madness.

I agree with Jerlins and J-Pav. GThomas had an unbelievable win percentage in 2005 and has always been a tough competitor. Lets try to get him.

I have never played in a league with either, but both are welcome to play if i can figure who will definitely be declining or is out of commission. let me check my mail again in the morning and then it is certainly OK with me to put them in those spots.

I will post when I get up tomorrow. Why don't players who know those 2 contact them and get them to at least go over the format and rules so they can sign on right away once 2 spaces are clear.
