Need Sschu to start it up and get the teams in the East and Central to start filling it in. we'll have to wait on rjoh, but that won't be long (Friday).

I am in the west, someone in the east should start the league, $100M DH and pass the PW to the rest of the east. Last in the east passes to the central, etc.
