I also would NOT be in favor of changing the rules AFTER the draft has been done -definitely a non-starter for me.

Didn't think Sandberg would be so popular. I've looked at the offers and responded in PTs.

Hard call on the 120 cap thing. I can see both sides. Don't like to change rules in mid-stream and I'm leaning that way, but I would certainly understand trying to make the chances as good as possible for the person that has the "scraps" left.

I am not going to change the salary cap at this juncture - but I wouldnt have any problems with adding the 36th Team to the FA Pool, either for everyone, or just for Red Beards, if it turns out that the pickings are too slim.

AT, One thing you could consider that shouldn't bother anyone too bad is to limit rosters to 25 players. Another idea is to make X number of players at certain price levels available to Red Beards should he want them. For instance if we all had to make a list of 1 player over 5M or 2 players over 2M, or whatever, available during the preseason to Red Beards. After game 1 any unused player's rights go back to the original team.

Then again maybe it is too late to change anything.

I haven't heard Red Beards asking for anything just yet anyway.

Is anyone interested in Canseco? He is "juiced"--so he should produce for you. Also on the block Gene Garber, Gene Nelson, and Jim Bibby.

I am looking for starting pitching. Preferably someone without a lot of BP homers on his card. Preferably a four day starter (unless the offer doesn't inlcude Bibby) I might consider a decent offer for a catcher as well.
