Bobby, thanks for the ruling. That's what I was looking for. I'd hate to have already entered a team and then have a top-card player wasted by petro picking him away when I can no longer do anything about it.

Bobby, I like the idea of having declare rather than to pare back a rule for the other 11 folks... I like the idea of having to keep the guys all season, all 8 of them, for everyone. I vote for "have petro declare" (if you're seeking input, of course) :)

There's a way to resolve this situation....Protect your 8 players by placing them at the bottom of the draft card. Then during the season you only have to hold on to the 1st 3 rounds of the draft (6 players). You can drop the last 2 players selected prior to the start of the season. That's the ruling and I will set the league up now...Bobby
