What I suggest is that we leave it open for comments, and since Rosco is already doing the work of an Associate Commish, he should make the final determination.

Wow, didn't know I got promoted, that's a lot of responsibility. :wink:
That being said I really like this league and I'll do whatever I can to help out. I really don't think its a big deal and shouldn't cause too many problems. Its probably only even a minor issue as its a good player RANT is losing and not some scrub.
I just want to say I think RANT does a great job with the rosters and running the league. Its too bad that the error wasn't caught by any one of us earlier.

I do have one idea however that would provide him some minimal compensation at least. I was thinking about it last night and taking a bit of what Niners had suggested. This is my proposal
After the FA draft is complete and everyone has a 40 man roster, RANT will be allowed to pick one player.
RANT will then have a roster of 41 players. This 41st player will not be allowed to be used in season one.

All this does really is give him half a season to monitor a player to see if he's worth keeping without really giving him an advantage in league play.
It's not a a lot of compensation but it's better than nothing.

I was hoping to hear from a few more people in regards to what I suggested for RANT's compensation. From the comments made so far, it seems as though it is an acceptable proposal. I hate having lose ends so unless there are any major objections before the draft. We'll just go with what I suggested. I think its fair and if anything similar happens to someone in the future at least we have set a precedent.
I now return all the decision making back over to RANT, that's too much pressure. :wink:
