simpler is better i guess

Everyone keeps saying that simpler is better, but I think the real simplification will come when we have less teams to worry about. It seems the confusion has only come about when we have to know the rules for 4 or 5 active leagues.

what are the eligibilty & autodraft parameters for the exp/post rules if this moves in the direction it is headed? I WOULD get the White Sox in a post/exp only season :roll:

For you small market teams, I wouldn't mind having my rule (the "minimum eligibility") set at $100M ... I was really just giving an example, not setting something in stone. I don't really care about the eligibility requirements, either. I do think we should have a way to protect carded players.

Andy and all;

when I posted the idea I did not explicitly state player eligibility requirements, but I think it should be if a player has an AB or IP for your franchise they are eligible for your roster..

Andy, I am a White Sox fan and I think you could make a competitive team at the 100 mil level.. very strong pitching, good defense, I see at least 2, $8 million + impact hitters... if you want to discuss more we can PM
