The post WW2/exp definitely seems to have the least number of hang-ups and potential problems. Come on, FAaron. The Cardinals have some pretty solid players in this generation. Stan the Man, The Wizard of Oz, Enos Slaughter, Bob Gibson, Harvey Haddix, and a number of others!
