True about Rios slumping somewhat. But we're talking about a 24 year old who's always been considered a great prospect, still has an OPS well over 900, and has already received excellent defensive ratings in the past.

25 (but who's counting) and "great" might be a slight overstatement.

His BB totals in the minors were next to horrible as well as his first two seasons in the Majors.
