Send private messages to all the West teams.

If you didn't get the message and you're in the West, let me know.

Looks like we just missed running tonight.

Thought I would also pass along projected lineups for the Gotham City Shadows:

2007 Splits Shown (OBP/SLG)

Vs. RHP:
CF - Upton .385/.507
3B - Lowell .376/.514
RF - Ordonez .415/.564
C - Martinez .377/.532
LF - Matsui .368/.504
DH - Morales .354/.533
1B - Mientkiewicz .351/.471
SS - Peralta .331/.424
2B - Harris .317/.414

Vs. LHP:
2B - Harris .411/.486
CF - Upton .389/.512
RF - Ordonez .500/.713
DH - Sosa .410/.613
3B - Lowell .383/.466
C - Martinez .368/.457
SS - Peralta .370/.451
LF - Matsui .363/.451
1B - Wilkerson .333/.526

I think this squad will be scoring lots of runs in the Slugging Central division. Given the (lack of) pitching and defense, however, the team may be last in runs allowed.

And "The Best" of the Undrafted

Postby Al Hogg » Sun Sep 07, 2008 1:43 am

Here's the all-peanut lineup from among the undrafted (based purely on salary):

c - Mirabelli (0.83)
1b - Shealey (0.84)
2b - Richer (0.85)
3b - Phillips (1.21)
ss - Hernandez (0.78)
lf - Michaels (0.92)
cf - Tyner (0.93)
rf - Cruz (0.95)
dh - Catalanotto (1.05)

sp - Eyre (0.76), Danks (0.62), Padilla (0.55), Loe (0.53), Millwood (0.52)
rhrp - Littleton (1.80)
lhrp - Thornton (0.89)

Only five starters above the minimum left, and only one shortstop. Some other positions almost as rare, with only eight center fielders total (including 50-centers) left.

Littleton stands out as by far the most expensive player left. He seems to be a bit of an oddity in that he is a reverse righty who has the max 8 BPHRs vs. LHB. I imagine that he (along with a lot of the players listed above) will be snapped up in the final two autodraft selections, though.
