Looks more like a 2nd round prospect pick to me...there are some no-doubt prospects still out there. In other words, great player, but probably would have still been around for a bit.

Maybe, but before the draft began, I had 3 players in mind, Castro, Ackley, and Montero. Heading into 2011, I'd have 4 2nd basemen (Ackley) and 2 (maybe 3) catchers (Montero), so while I might have drafted either of those two had I not moved up, I would have given serious thought to drafting the SS position with Gordon. It's doubtful Gordon would have made it back to him, and if he really wanted a SS, may as well draft him first. Heck, I might even draft one more come pick 24. :wink:

I believe that may be Derrick Lowe. I know he was on KLX's team for some part of last year at least, as he kept trying to trade him to me :lol:

Same here...and I would have added Chapman (and obviously Strasburg) to that list...it was hard for me to not take Chapman. As a Twins fan, I really hope Hicks reaches his potential too.

Don't hold your breath, Hicks is off to a 1 for 35 start with 10 strikeouts in Single A of all places. Rumor has it it's not even a very strong .033 batting average :lol: :lol:

I'm sure it's [b:98d76754ff]DEREK[/b:98d76754ff] Lowe , but do not have access at the moment to my sheet to be sure...I suspect it was a cut paste error when editting the sheets.

I'm gonna have to make a ruling regarding the Supp pick too, I'll explain later.
