I think you need a "v" or a "z' in lieu of Halahan or Hess. You will also need to add a 24th player who is alphabet compliant. Another "v" or "z'.

I need to pitchers. Both Hess and Hallahan are reverse starters. Not sure what, if any, are out there. May need to look at who is available.
