I will not be able to access the internet until in the morning, so feel free to skip my turn tonight if it becomes a barrier to progress.

Well, Mr Chapman just became my team's designated pinch runner! :) OK, with Chapman, I now have 16 hitters and 9 pitchers. When filling out my draft card, do I just drop any of my drafted hitters, add a scrub pitcher no one else has, and then reacquire my selected hitter, and whatever pitcher I have yet to get stuck with, post draft?

Also, I just want to be sure, the rule says you can't stick someone with a pitcher that would violate the opposite of the park rule. In other words, since I am in Shibe 50, I cannot be stuck with a RH pitcher. Is this correct?

Need an answer to Mark's question since if correct it would mean my pick for unc was illegal I guess? If he is correct, also explain the logic.

Draft Order for the FIRST ROUND of the "Pavano Stick Round" will be in the inverse order of aggregate salary used in Live Draft (lowest salary for drfated players GOES FIRST). The SECOND ROUND will be done randomly by using the same lottery states for draft order but with numbers rerun on the day following the evening the AD runs (AD run Wednesday Night....we use Thursday numbers--Highest number goes first). Each team must be stuck one hitter and one pitcher.

of course you can Never drop or trade Messrs. Vaughn and Pavano. Use them as best you can.

PAVANO STICK PICKS ARE "24 THEME" EXEMPT: THEY DON'T COUNT AS ANY LETTER OF THE ALPHABET. [color=red:ad45f6a626][b:ad45f6a626]ALSO, YOU MAY NOT STICK A TEAM WITH A STARTING PITCHER WHO THROWS WITH OPPOSITE ARM REQUIRED BY THE "STICKEE TEAM" STADIUM. [/b:ad45f6a626][/color:ad45f6a626]

In discussions, that limitation was deleted. I posted clearly that all players are avialable as stick PIXX. Thus was so stated when we made i clear that stick picks are NOT to be counted for alphabet. I will go back and find the post.....groan.

Just memphis left for round 1 and he said skip him so does foggy do the randomization and we start round 2 with memphis adding his first pick when available or do we wait the 4 hours?

Report abuse STICK PICK RULINGS 07 Feb 2007 14:24

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OK.

NO stick picks may be used to swap letters for Jack Bauer alphabet compliance.

You MAY stick opposite SPs and the Stickee MAY use the stuck pitcher for opposite purposes (the same way stuck opposite hitters may be utilized) .
