Day is an original owner so I'd like to cut him some slack. I know he is not as active with SOM anymore and that this is about the only thing he has going on with TSN.

That said, I think we need to keep this draft moving. I support having someone like Semper get in to Penn's site and drafting for Day until he returns. You could also have Semper PT to Niners the picks and Niners can make them since he has admin rights. Either way, I think we have to continue to wait until someone makes Day's picks or else it will hurt the competitive balance within the league.

Agreed. If Semper can make 3 picks for Day, then that will probably buy us another 24 hours 'till the draft makes it back around again to Day since he's next to the corner. Then, if another 24 hours goes by that might be enough slack for Day. Any more slack than that, he's fallen off the cliff anyway. :wink:

I have a copy of Day's picks so far from Joe but am unable to discern the pool of available players unless I want to guess at them from here (the other attachments didn't survive the firewall).

As I just played one season in 2006, I'm not mindful of the remaining talent off the top of my head.

So, can anyone alter the password so I can either access Day's account for this league [b:7c7456a0c8]or[/b:7c7456a0c8] list a few usual suspects here for me?

I'd think the later is probably the hardest but faster option.

As for Day, if he doesn't show up for the picks after this one maybe Semper (if he's willing) can continue until we're at least done with the draft? Semper, if he doesn't show back up are you game for another NLD??

Numerous problems with someone taking over misstream as far as penn's site is concerned.

Administrators no longer have access to picks. So I can't pick for day with sempers choices or force proxies or anything like that.

The only thing I think I can do to gain access is change day's password, but I'm not even sure that will work.

Of course if it does, then Day won't have access.

Obviously we can tell him the new password and he canchange it when/if he gets back.

If it doesn't work, then the only other solution would be to set up a new draft with Semper instead of Day and have everyone enter thier picks as proxies to get us up to date.

I would vote for changing his password and letting Semper access and just PT it to Day. We might be able to call on our ex-NLDer PennGray for some help too. ;)

Posting the picks via the board may be the best way to go in the short term while we figure out a way to use Penn's site.

Niners - can you force a skip of Day's picks so that we don't end up waiting 3 hours every time he is up?

I just changed day's password.

So I can either:


1. force a skip
2. Post his picks if semp makes them here
3. Joe can forward the new password I just pt'd him to semper, and semper can make picks.
