Well Kav, my good buddy Rob threw me a bone and let me win 3 games last night! :D To have my wins more than double was bittersweet! Anyway, the guys I complained about the most started hitting the ball! Apparently, if you complain about your particular players, HAL will respond and make them play better. It's just a theory, but you gotta try everything!

Dear HAL, my entire pitching staff is a joke!

Thanks for the "bone" Sandy

I sure needed it. Now I know I won't finish the season with only 2 wins.

I went 2-13 last night.

It seems like every other week I go through one of these ones.

But...I take it since my one team in the semis won two at home.

A team mostly built for average and little Home run power slammed 5 homes: 2 by Pete Orr. 1 By Redmond. 1 By Kapler and 1 by Francoeur.

Yes..[i:f9a3f02ff9]2[/i:f9a3f02ff9] by Pete Orr  he of 1.65 rolls for a HR hit [i:f9a3f02ff9]two[/i:f9a3f02ff9]

in the second game, bottom of the 9th, down by two runs:

[quote:f9a3f02ff9]*** BOTTOM OF INNING 9 ***

SUBSTITUTE PH- Jason Tyner
0 J.Tyner 5 Double b-2
0 2 O.Hudson 3 Ground Out 2-3 b-0
SUBSTITUTE P - Ambiorix Burgos
1 3 J.Wilson 3 Single 3-H b-1
SUBSTITUTE P - Scott Schoeneweis
1 1 D.Erstad 2 Line Out b-0
SUBSTITUTE P - Kiko Calero
SUBSTITUTE PH- Pete Orr
[b:f9a3f02ff9]2 1 P.Orr 6 Home Run [/b:f9a3f02ff9] 1-H b-H [/quote:f9a3f02ff9]

This is what I love about strat, can you imagine that? Pete Orr Pinch Hitting a Walk off two runner in the NLDS.

OK...I shut up now...gotta look for a reason to smile you know...after a 2-13 night it's tough.

Not much to complain about except Lee and C2 could lose a little more, despite what C2 says in the above.

Share some of that success with me otherwise I'll be taking your spot in the cellar.

Hey, I get Sabathia back after tonight (somehow I don't think he'll be my saviour but his loss for 5 series sure has streched the bullpen out).

Stoney and I played a VERY low-scoring series last night, 14 runs scored in all 3 games combined.

Meanwhile I've opened up a "little" breathing room over two pesky teams which I know will be back on my tail soon.
