Can we start the 2005 Season soon?

That depends.

Ideally the divisions for each season are supposed to be based on the results of the previous season - ie 1-4, 5-8 & 9-12.

However, if a solid majority are ready for the 2005 season, and are willing to determine divisions differently, then I don't see a problem starting Season III (2005) in the next couple of weeks.
