sorry for the delay.Life definitely got in the way for me yesterday.I was sitting here yesterday at 9 am and by 9:20 I was out the door heading to the airport(an unplanned trip by the way).But I am now back and have a tentative deal in place,just waiting on the other party to post my confirmation of the deal just to make sure the offer still stands.
