You need to purchase a team select 2007 game. Pick the $200M salary cap option. Pick the 25 players that you want (you can change them after the draft), pick your stadium. Then join the league. You will have to enter the password which was "keeper". It is very easy and intuitive.

Now that the league has run, I see we have a free agent Frenzy. I started to pick up a guy, then realized he had been drafted by someone. How is it supposed to work?

you have drafted 40 players. those are your guys. you can not take anyone else this entire season. read over the rules please so that you know what is allowed and what isn't.
