You'r right, not sure how he got on your alpha roster, then when I checked the positional rosters I saw him on what I thought was your team, but just checked again and realized it was Cshannajr's

No supplemental picks in this here league KD. C2 starts the season with 39 and will only have to cut 2 for the supplemmental draft.

Hi gang,

I just wanted clarification on prospect draft eligibility:

1) Are international players not yet signed/drafted by an MLB team eligible?

2) Are college or HS players not yet signed/drafted by an MLB team eligible?

I don't see anything in the rules that clarifies this, so if anyone can point to a past post or area that defines this issue would be much appreciated.
